CellMarkt Refund Policy
When Are Refunds Issued?
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Item arrives damaged or dead on arrival
- Return is approved and item is received in original condition
- Order is cancelled before shipment
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are typically processed within 8 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
How Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank, it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
⚠ Deductions That May Apply
In some cases, refunds may be partially reduced:
- 10–20% restocking fee (if the return is not due to our error or a product defect)
- Missing accessories, damage, or misuse may lead to higher restocking fees
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
❌ Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned after 90 days
- Items returned in damaged or tampered condition
- Locked devices (iCloud or Google lock not removed)
- Televisions (serviced under manufacturer warranty)
Refund Refusal Criteria
Refunds will be denied if:
- The product is returned in unsellable condition
- Manufacturer packaging is missing or damaged
- The device is account-locked or altered
- The return is received without a valid RA#
