Products are covered under our 2-Year Warranty only if stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

✅ First 6 Months

  • Free repairs for functional issues (e.g., charging port, software)
  • $49 deductible for physical damage repairs
  • ❌ Excludes water damage, theft, and irreparable damage

Remaining 18 Months

  • All repairs and replacements subject to a $49 deductible

Shipping

  • Customer pays to ship the device in for repair
  • We cover return shipping once repairs are complete
