Return Policy

IMPORTANT for Apple & Android Returns

Before returning any device, you MUST remove the iCloud or Google Account Lock.

If not removed, your return will be refused.

Return Window

  • You may return items within 90 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns after 90 days will not be accepted — please contact the manufacturer directly.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Exchange or replacement
  • Refund (if the item arrives damaged or is dead on arrival)

Not Eligible

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products returned in unsellable condition due to misuse
  • Missing parts or damaged packaging
  • Products locked to iCloud/Google accounts

Restocking Fee

Returns not due to defect or our error are subject to a 10–20% restocking fee.

Examples:

  • Buyer changes mind
  • Ordered the wrong item

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error or product defect: CellMarkt covers return shipping.
  • If return is for any other reason: Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and must include a tracking number.

International Orders

  • If you use a forwarding company, have them check all items before shipping overseas.
  • Once the package leaves the USA, we are not responsible for return shipping.

Product Condition Requirements

Returned items must include:

  • All original packaging and materials
  • Accessories, manuals, inserts, and blank warranty cards
  • No labels or writing on manufacturer packaging

Start a Return

  1. Email: support@cellmarkt.com
  2. Include your Order Number and reason for return
  3. Upon approval, we'll send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions
  4. Returns without an RA# will be refused

RA#s are valid for 90 days. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.

Processing Time

  • Allow up to 8 business days after we receive the return for processing
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once complete

Additional Notes

  • TVs are not returnable and must be serviced under manufacturer warranty
  • Use a tracked and insured shipping method for all returns
  • Replacements are only shipped to the original delivery address
  • Keep your packaging for at least 90 days
